Services - Strategy

Quoin Consulting Ltd. has a breadth and depth of experience in strategy work. It has conducted a wide range of needs analyses and developed a host of training strategies ranging in scope from specific projects to organization-wide change initiatives.

Needs analyses are completed by examining multiple dimensions. This is done by completing an organizational objectives analysis, task analysis, content analysis, context analysis, technology analysis, and audience analysis. Findings are summarized in a report with training recommendations based on adult learning and industry-wide best practices.

Some examples of Quoin’s strategy work include:

  • A training strategy for BC Hydro’s change to SAP, an enterprise-wide system application.
  • A training strategy for PassPort, an enterprise-wide system application for BC Hydro.
