Services - Evaluation
Quoin Consulting adopts a systematic approach to evaluating course and/or program effectiveness.
Course evaluation is conducted throughout each stage of the ADDIE process via formative and summative evaluation activities. Each activity is completed using a variety of tools including surveys, user/participant feedback, observation of users/participants, focus groups, etc. Evaluation tools are administered electronically and/or via hard copy depending on the organization's culture and requirements.
Program effectiveness is evaluated on a number of fronts, including:
- User satisfaction and engagement.
- Increase in learner knowledge between start of program and program completion.
- Content appropriateness and completeness as compared to industry best practices.
- Deployment.
- Usability/accessibility.
Information on all of these measures is gathered via use of surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one interviews with learners and stakeholders. Quoin Consulting tailors all evaluation tools to project requirements while taking into account audience preferences.
Quoin Consulting summarizes its findings in a report with recommendations for improvements based on established learning practices and best practices in adult education. |
